What services do you offer?
I specialize in Linux systems administration, server management, web hosting optimization, security hardening, and infrastructure automation. Whether you need a server configured from scratch, a performance audit, or ongoing maintenance — I can help.
What platforms and technologies do you work with?
Primarily Linux (CentOS, AlmaLinux, Ubuntu, Debian), cPanel/WHM, Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, WordPress, Cloudflare, and various DevOps tools. I also have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes. Server emergencies happen at inconvenient times — I understand that. Reach out via the Contact page and I will respond as quickly as possible.
How do you handle security?
Security is baked into everything I do — from SSH hardening and firewall configuration to malware scanning and intrusion detection. I follow industry best practices and stay current on CVEs and emerging threats.
Can you help with WordPress sites?
Absolutely. I manage WordPress sites at the server level — performance optimization, plugin troubleshooting, database tuning, migration, and security. If your WordPress site is slow, broken, or hacked, I can diagnose and fix it.
What is your typical turnaround time?
It depends on the scope. Simple tasks like DNS changes or configuration tweaks can be done same-day. Larger projects like migrations or full security audits are scoped individually. I will always give you an honest timeline upfront.
Do you work with businesses or individuals?
Both. I have worked with hosting companies, small businesses, and individual site owners. The technical challenges are what drive me — regardless of the size of the operation.
